You may now be in account limbo if you have not been able to successfully set up two-factor verification and/or verify your email address. Please follow the instructions below, and we will help get you back on track.


I set up my email address, password and two-factor verification but never received the email to verify my email address 

  • Please email support@lunadna.com from the email address you used for your account and briefly state: "I set up my account and my two-factor verification, but I never received a link to verify my email. Please use this email as verification of my email address." (In fact, feel free to copy and paste that sentence!)
  • Once we receive that email, we can manually verify your email address on our end. We will email you back as soon as that is done, and then you will be able to log in with no problem!


I set up my email address, password and two-factor verification but the email verification link didn't work

  • The link may have expired (it expires once 24 hours have passed since the email was sent).
  • Please email support@lunadna.com from the email address you used for your account and briefly state: "I set up my account and my two-factor verification, but the link to verify my email didn't work. Please use this email as verification of my email address." (In fact, feel free to copy and paste that sentence!)
  • Once we receive that email, we can manually verify your email address on our end. We will email you back as soon as that is done, and then you will be able to log in with no problem!


I set up my email address and password but did not complete two-factor verification set up and now I can't get into my account.

  • Please email support@lunadna.com from the email address you used for your account and briefly state: "I set up my account but the system didn't accept my phone number." or "I set up my account but I never received a text code."(In fact, feel free to copy and paste one of those sentences!)
  • Once we receive that email, we can manually verify your email address on our end. We will email you back as soon as that is done, and then you will be able to log in. The system will start you off at the two-factor verification set up page so you can try to enter your phone number again. If you still have difficulties, please reply back to the support team and they will work with you to resolve!
